To plan, execute, and manage instrumentation projects from design to commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role involves hands-on experience in field instrumentation, and analytical equipment used in industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Execution & Coordination
Plan and execute instrumentation projects as per the approved scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Procurement, QC, Service, Logistics) and customers for project execution.
Prepare and review project documentation such as wiring diagrams, electrical arrangements, and layout drawings.
Oversee
cable laying, tube laying, junction box termination, and panel wiring
at site.
Track progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
2. Installation & Commissioning
Supervise site installation, cabling, loop checking, and commissioning activities.
Perform calibration, configuration, and troubleshooting of instruments such as analyzers, flow meters, pH meters, pressure transmitters, and control panels.
Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) & Third Party Inspection.
3. Technical Support
Provide technical guidance to the site execution team and contractors.
Assist in preparing BOQs, datasheets, and technical documentation for project proposals.
Support client training and after-sales services as required.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to project safety protocols, ISO/IEC standards, and quality norms.
Maintain project documentation, test & calibration reports, and commissioning records.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Sound knowledge of process instrumentation and control systems.
Hands-on experience in
electrical wiring, cable routing, and tube installation
.
Familiar with
PLC/DCS integration and communication protocols
(Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet, etc.).
Proficiency in
MS Project, Excel, and other project documentation tools
.
Strong
coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
.
Willingness to travel for project execution and site commissioning
.
Educational Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in
Instrumentation Engineering

Electronics & Instrumentation

Experience:
3 to 5 years
of experience in
Instrumentation / Analytical Project Execution
.
Experience in
Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS)
or
Analytical Projects
preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel frequently for project execution and commissioning.
Understanding of site safety procedures and industrial practices.
Valid driving license (preferred).
