As we grow, we are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead major EPC projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, cost-control, schedule adherence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of EPC projects (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning) for e.g. industrial structures, process plants, solar installations, MEP systems. Define project scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgeting and cost estimates; monitor and control project performance against these. Coordinate the engineering team, procurement team, construction/installation subcontractors and commissioning teams. Ensure engineering deliverables meet requirements: specifications, drawings, regulatory codes, safety & quality standards. Procure major materials and equipment: vendor evaluation, purchase orders, tracking delivery, quality checks. Monitor construction progress onsite: supervise contractors, enforce safety protocols, manage site logistics, resolve technical and operational issues. Maintain communication with clients, consultants, internal stakeholders; provide regular project progress reports, risk logs, change-requests and cost tracking. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans (schedule delays, cost overruns, design changes, procurement issues). Ensure project hand?over: commissioning, testing, punch-list closure, O&M documentation, client training and final acceptance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment (HSE) standards and company policies at the project site.

Pay: ?11,949.23 - ?52,310.69 per month
