Hema Automation India Pvt. Ltd., a growing name in industrial automation solutions, is looking for a talented

Project Engineer

to join our team at

Sachin, Surat

. The candidate must have

hands-on experience with Siemens PLC systems

and be ready to manage automation projects from design to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end execution of automation projects Design and develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA-based control systems (Siemens platform) Programming and troubleshooting of Siemens PLCs (S7-1200, S7-1500, etc.) Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams Conduct site commissioning and customer training Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering 2+ years of hands-on experience in automation projects

Strong proficiency in Siemens PLCs and HMI software (TIA Portal, WinCC, etc.)

Good understanding of control panels, electrical circuits, and system integration Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to independently handle multiple projects

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

Experience with other PLC platforms (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) Knowledge of VFDs, Servo systems, and industrial communication protocols Familiarity with AutoCAD for electrical and control panel drawings
