Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and execute plant layout, process equipment installation, and commissioning for food manufacturing units.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
Prepare project documentation including P&ID, equipment specifications, BOQ, and reports.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Support maintenance, utility setup, and process optimization in collaboration with R&D and production teams.
Ensure all project activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, etc.).
Assist in the evaluation and selection of machinery and equipment suitable for food processing.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of food processing machinery, plant layout, and utilities (steam, air, water, HVAC).
Experience in project planning and execution using tools like MS Project or AutoCAD.
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards in plant design.
Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
