Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, and oversee their execution to ensure project objectives are met.

Technical Leadership

: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring all electrical engineering aspects adhere to industry standards and project specifications.

Coordination with Stakeholders

: Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Quality Assurance

: Implement quality control measures, ensuring all project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.

Risk Management

: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD
Key Requirements

Experience

: 1-2 years of experience in project engineering within the real estate or institutional sector.

Education

: Graduation in B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or a relevant degree.

Technical Skills

: Strong understanding of electrical systems and project management methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with leading project management methodologies. Familiarity with institutional sector project requirements.
