Dupro Consultants is seeking a skilled and proactive Project Engineer from the Interior Design / Fit-out industry to manage end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage interior project execution from start to completion.
Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, work progress, and material requirements.
Supervise on-site work to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
Handle site measurements, drawings interpretation, and progress documentation.
Manage procurement, material tracking, and resource allocation.
Ensure timely completion and handover of projects as per company standards.
Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil, Interior, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in interior or fit-out projects.
Strong understanding of interior construction, materials, and finishes.
Proficiency in reading drawings and handling site coordination.
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
