Yantra Aluminium Window Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a leading specialist in turnkey aluminium window fabrication and installation solutions, catering to high-end residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Coordination

Oversee the execution of aluminium window projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with internal teams (design, fabrication, purchase, logistics) to ensure smooth project flow. Monitor site activities, installation progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Client & Site Interaction

Act as the key contact for clients, consultants, architects, and site contractors. Attend project meetings, site surveys, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Technical Oversight

Interpret architectural drawings, prepare shop drawings in coordination with the design team. Review fabrication drawings and ensure alignment with project specs and site conditions. Provide technical support during installation and resolve on-site issues proactively.

Planning & Documentation

Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, site logs, and material tracking sheets. Ensure all site documentation, including approvals, safety protocols, and daily reports, is maintained accurately.

Quality Control & Safety

Implement quality checks at various stages--pre-dispatch, during installation, and post-completion. Ensure compliance with company safety guidelines and site safety norms.

Resource Management

Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors and installation teams. Optimize use of manpower, materials, and tools to ensure cost-effective project execution.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of aluminium window and facade systems. Excellent project management and multitasking ability. Proficiency in reading architectural and structural drawings. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project/Excel. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2-5 years of experience in project execution, preferably in aluminium or facade industry. Experience in handling high end - retail clients
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
