Manage and coordinate execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site execution as per approved drawings
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors
Monitor quality, safety, and progress of work
Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
Check measurements and support billing activities
Ensure material availability and site coordination
Support project manager in execution and planning
Skills Required:
Knowledge of commercial construction works
Ability to read drawings and BOQs
Site coordination & communication skills
Quality control and safety awareness
Qualifications:
BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Commercial project experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
