Key Responsibilities:

Experience:

Minimum 4+ years in interior fit-out projects (commercial sector preferred) Oversee day-to-day site execution and ensure work progress as per approved drawings and timelines. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for material requirements and deliveries. Manage contractors, vendors, and site workforce to ensure quality and safety compliance. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and update project status to the Project Manager. Review technical drawings and ensure adherence to specifications and standards. Handle site measurements, BOQs, and verification of contractor bills. Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure smooth execution within budget and schedule.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil or Interior Engineering. Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution techniques. Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple sites and handle project pressure effectively.
