Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager / Billing Engineer

with strong exposure to

industrial construction projects

. The role involves

day-to-day project planning, site execution, coordination, and billing

, ensuring timely completion of projects within cost, quality, and safety parameters.

Experience Required

8-9 Years

(Billing Engineer / Sr. Billing Engineer / Project Engineer level)

10-12 Years

(Project Manager / Sr. Project Manager level)

Mandatory:

Hands-on experience in

Industrial Projects only

(factories, warehouses, plants, manufacturing units, etc.)

Qualifications

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

(Mandatory)
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

Prepare

daily, weekly, and monthly work plans

and ensure execution as per schedule. Oversee

site execution activities

including civil, structural, and finishing works for industrial projects. Coordinate with

site engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants

. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to

quality, safety, and timelines

. Resolve site-related technical and execution challenges.
Billing & Cost Control

Prepare and verify

RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills

. Measurement of work executed as per

BOQ, drawings, and specifications

. Ensure billing accuracy and timely submission to clients. Track

material consumption, quantities, and cost variations

. Assist in

variation claims and reconciliation statements

.
Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with

clients, PMC, architects, and internal teams

. Prepare

daily progress reports (DPR), weekly and monthly status reports

. Maintain project documentation including drawings, measurements, and approvals.
Quality & Compliance

Ensure execution as per

approved drawings, specifications, and standards

. Maintain compliance with

statutory and safety norms

at site. Support audits, inspections, and client reviews.
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong exposure to

industrial construction projects

Expertise in

planning, execution, and billing

Proficiency in

BOQ, RA billing, measurements

Good understanding of

civil construction methodologies

Coordination and stakeholder management skills Working knowledge of

MS Excel, AutoCAD

(preferred)
Mandatory Requirements

Experience must be from

Industrial Projects only

Willingness to work from

Noida location

Strong site execution + billing background.
