Education:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience:

20+ years of experience in construction project planning, execution, and claims management

Key Responsibilities / KRAs:

Project Planning & Scheduling:

Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project Prepare baseline programs, monitor project milestones, and update progress reports regularly Coordinate with execution teams, contractors, and consultants to align work schedules Analyze critical paths, resource loading, and identify potential delays or risks Provide look-ahead plans and ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and equipment

Construction Execution Support:

Assist in day-to-day coordination of construction activities to ensure project execution aligns with approved plans Monitor site work progress, quality, and safety compliance in coordination with site engineers Review design drawings and raise technical queries to resolve execution issues Ensure timely documentation and reporting of site activities, delays, and changes

Contract & Claims Management:

Track and document deviations from planned work for timely preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) and variation claims Assist in preparation of delay analysis reports, disruption claims, and cost impacts Coordinate with contract teams to prepare supporting documents for dispute resolution Maintain detailed records of correspondence, approvals, and events affecting project timelines and costs

Reporting & Coordination:

Generate regular reports including S-curves, productivity reports, and performance metrics Support project reviews, client meetings, and coordination with all stakeholders Maintain effective communication across planning, execution, procurement, and contract teams
