Job Description

Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Supervise subcontractors, labor, and machinery usage on-site Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly progress report and checklists. Ensure quality of construction (e.g., concrete, earthworks, PEB, etc.). Quality Assurance in accordance with method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans Preparing & record drawings & technical reports Report any non-conformance and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and other engineering disciplines. Attend progress review meetings and site inspections. Liaise with government and statutory bodies (if required). Manage material procurement planning. Ensure availability of required materials at the site to avoid delays. Monitor material consumption and wastage. Update day to day site situations to the concern line manager.
