Prepare and monitor project schedules, plans, and budgets.
Supervise site activities to ensure work is done as per approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and resolve technical issues on site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage materials, equipment, and labor resources efficiently.
Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management and clients.
Assist in procurement of materials and subcontractor management.
Support in resolving delays, emergencies, and other project-related problems.
