Project Engineer - CivilKey Responsibilities

Develop and refine project designs, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards. Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and prepare BOQs, BBS, cost estimates, and tender documents. Plan and monitor project execution, including budgets, resources, timelines, and procurement. Oversee site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and vendors. Provide leadership, problem-solving, and guidance to junior engineers to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech or Project Management certification is a plus).

5+ years

of experience in infrastructure, residential, or institutional projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and civil project management tools. Strong knowledge of structural design, BOQ/BBS preparation, and construction codes. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

Experience in residential apartments and villa projects. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
