Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Project Engineer

with strong exposure to

building construction and infrastructure development

, including

roads, water supply, drainage, sewerage, and plumbing systems

, to join our Architecture & Urban Planning firm. The role involves end-to-end coordination of execution activities, site management, quality control, and liaison with consultants and contractors. While the base office will be Indore, the role requires

frequent travel and on-site involvement across project locations in Mumbai and Rajasthan

.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Management

Oversee execution of

building and infrastructure works

, including roads, water supply, sewerage, storm water drainage, and plumbing systems. Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project schedules. Supervise contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely and quality execution across multiple project locations.

Coordination & Liaison

Coordinate with architects, urban planners, structural, MEP, and infrastructure consultants. Liaise with local authorities, utility departments, and third-party agencies in

Mumbai and Rajasthan

as required. Conduct regular site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager / Senior Management.

Quality Control & Safety

Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to technical standards and applicable codes. Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with statutory safety norms. Identify construction challenges and propose timely corrective and preventive measures.

Planning, Billing & Documentation

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and effective resource allocation. Verify contractor bills, measurements, and quantities in coordination with site teams. Maintain comprehensive site records including DPRs, material approvals, test reports, and as-built drawings.

Compliance & Approvals

Ensure compliance with IS codes, CPHEEO guidelines, municipal regulations, and statutory requirements. Support in obtaining approvals related to infrastructure services and utilities. Ensure implementation aligns with urban planning guidelines and development control norms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)

from a recognized institution.

Experience

7-10 years of relevant experience

in building construction and infrastructure development projects. Hands-on experience in

roads, water supply, sewerage, storm water drainage, and plumbing systems

. Experience in

urban development, township, or large-scale infrastructure projects

is preferred. Prior exposure to projects in

Rajasthan

will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of construction methodologies and infrastructure execution practices. Working knowledge of

IS codes, CPHEEO standards

, and relevant municipal regulations. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Office

, and basic project monitoring tools. Ability to read, interpret, and execute work as per drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

Soft Skills

Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Leadership ability to manage contractors, vendors, and site teams across locations. Analytical and problem-solving approach with attention to detail.

Willingness to travel extensively and stay at Rajasthan project sites as per project requirements.

Pay: ₹14,924.03 - ₹58,027.80 per month
