Job Description

Job Summary: As a Sr. Project Engineer specializing in residential construction, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of residential building projects. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and project manager to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key skills

:

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and MS Office.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:

Develop and review engineering designs for residential buildings, including foundations, drainage systems, and structural components.

Conduct site assessments to determine the suitability of proposed construction sites and identify any potential challenges.

Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate structural elements with architectural plans.

Project Management:

Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to engineering plans

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
