Essential Skill

Prior hands-on experience of construction and finishing of a multi-storey office building of minimum 20m height and 50,000 sqft area Required minimum 8 years of experience with at least 2 years in office Interior & 1 year in MEP, finishing etc. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, including knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety procedures. Good communication skills, as required for the job role Unquestionable Integrity and honesty

Role/Responsibilities

Hands-on execution/ management of construction of a 100,000 sqft IT office building at Mohali, and to ensure that the requisite quality is achieved in all aspects of building construction, MEP, air-conditioning, landscaping, external works, interiors, finishing etc. Inspecting construction work done by contractors and ensuring that work is done as per applicable codes and regulations To do proactive Project Planning and follow-up with architects/ contractors/ vendors and ensure timely project completion, within budget Interacting with contractors/ vendors/ Govt agencies, etc., as required for timely execution of the project.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
