Key Responsibilities

Assist in

site supervision

of civil works including structural, finishing, and allied activities. Support

quality checks

to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with MEP teams, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution. Prepare and maintain

daily progress reports, checklists, and site documentation

. Assist in

material management

: indenting, verification, and tracking usage at site. Participate in

project meetings

and contribute to planning and scheduling discussions. Ensure adherence to

safety protocols

and statutory compliance at all times. Learn and apply

hospital-specific civil requirements

, including infection control and specialized finishes.
Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of civil engineering practices and construction methods. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Familiarity with AutoCAD (preferred). Strong communication and coordination skills. Willingness to work at project sites across India. Discipline, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
Qualifications

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Freshers (0-1 year experience).

Male candidates only

(site-based role with travel and extended working hours).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
