Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled

Civil Engineer

with proven experience in

pharma project execution

. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil construction standards for pharma facilities, GMP compliance requirements, and hands-on exposure to local contractors/vendors in the

Maksi/Shajapur region

. Immediate availability is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and execute

civil engineering works

for pharma manufacturing/processing facilities. Ensure compliance with

GMP, safety, and statutory requirements

during construction. Coordinate with

QA, mechanical, and electrical teams

for integrated project delivery. Prepare and monitor

project schedules, BOQs, and progress reports

. Manage

local contractors, vendors, and suppliers

ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Conduct

site inspections, audits, and quality checks

to ensure adherence to pharma-specific standards. Support in

documentation and audit readiness

for regulatory inspections.

Required Qualifications & Skills

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

(mandatory). Minimum

3-7 years of experience

in civil project execution, preferably in

pharma/industrial projects

. Strong knowledge of

pharma facility layouts, cleanroom construction, and compliance standards

. Familiarity with

local Maksi/Shajapur contractor/vendor ecosystem

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office tools

. Excellent communication, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Immediate joiner with

local exposure to Maksi/Shajapur industrial area

. Experience in

pharma, chemical, or food-grade facility projects

. Ability to handle

multi-disciplinary coordination

(civil, mechanical, QA, EHS). Strong focus on

timely project delivery and compliance readiness
