About the Company

The Building Contractor (TBC), under Tribicon Pvt Ltd, is a Kochi-based design-build construction firm delivering premium residential and villa projects across Kerala. Our approach combines design creativity with structural precision -- built with clarity, intent, and quality.

Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site activities, including supervision and monitoring of site labour and subcontractors (site-specific responsibilities may vary by project) Organize construction materials and ensure the site is maintained in a safe, clean, and orderly condition Review, coordinate, and authorize technical drawings and engineering plans as per project requirements Prepare work schedules and communicate updates or changes to site teams and relevant stakeholders Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external parties, including contractors, clients/owners, and key stakeholders Ensure compliance with construction specifications, drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations through regular site inspections and monitoring Track project progress, verify measurements, calculations, and execution accuracy on site Support timely project completion by guiding, training, and coordinating with operators and site staff Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation as required by management Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and unexpected site challenges promptly

Desired Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Additional certifications or licenses will be an advantage (not mandatory) Basic to good project management and coordination skills Valid two-wheeler and driving license 0-1 year of experience in the construction field Candidates preferably residing in or around the Ernakulam area

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
