Job Description

Project Planning & Scheduling

:

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage and monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Resource Management

:

Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Monitor workforce productivity and optimize labor deployment.

Budgeting & Cost Control

:

Prepare and manage project budgets. Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control measures are in place. Approve invoices and payments, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.

Quality Control

:

Ensure that construction meets the specified standards and quality. Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor project quality. Address any quality-related issues promptly.

Risk Management

:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure contingency plans are in place for potential project delays or disruptions. Monitor safety compliance and ensure the project adheres to all relevant safety standards.

Stakeholder Management

:

Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and senior management to provide project updates. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise between stakeholders. Ensure client expectations are managed and fulfilled.

Compliance & Safety

:

Ensure that all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulations. Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to minimize accidents and injuries. Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory bodies as required.

Team Leadership & Coordination

:

Lead the on-site project team, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

Documentation & Reporting

:

Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including daily logs, change orders, and material usage. Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients. Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
