Education:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience:

4 to 5 years in civil/site engineering, preferably in industrial construction projects (e.g., food processing or manufacturing plants)

Skill:

Site supervision & execution of civil, structural, and finishing works Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Estimation, costing, and budgeting Familiarity with electromechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting) Knowledge of ERP systems and project management tools like Primavera Strong communication and documentation skills

Role:

Oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites Ensure adherence to timelines, safety, and quality standards Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams Interpret and execute structural and architectural designs Monitor resource utilization and resolve on-site issues Support integration of civil work with MEP systems Report project progress, budget status, and risks regularly

Salary:

?35,000 - ?50,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
