Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and execute construction activities as per architectural and structural drawings.

Plan and oversee finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring (tiles, marble, wood), false ceilings, and carpentry.

Ensure all site and finishing activities align with design specifications, project timelines, and quality standards.

Supervise daily on-site operations and labour activities; prepare and maintain Daily Labour Reports.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of works.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical issues promptly.

Maintain and update checklists prior to execution of key tasks.

Manage quality control of construction and finishing materials; ensure materials meet industry standards.

Identify and rectify snags or defects before project handover.

Prepare and maintain accurate progress reports and documentation for all site and finishing activities.

Track and report on project milestones, material usage, and labour productivity

Qualification & Skills

Education - BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience 5 to 10 years of relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
