Job Description

Experience in Civil Drawing Study, Billing, Work Execution & Work Supervision in Foundation, Building & Roadwork inside the Steel -Plant area .

Minimum Qualification of Diploma in civil & above.

Minimum Work Experience of Candidate :- 3years+

Project management

: Manage daily site operations, supervise construction activities, and ensure work adheres to plans and specifications.

Technical oversight

: Review technical drawings and ensure they are followed correctly. Provide technical advice and solve problems on site.

Quality control

: Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure construction meets required standards and quality control measures are in place.

Safety and compliance

: Enforce safety regulations and ensure the project complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental laws.

Coordination

: Act as the main point of contact, liaising with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure efficient communication and progress.

Resource management

: Plan and schedule activities, manage construction materials, and oversee labor and equipment to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

Reporting

: Prepare and submit site reports, log progress, and document all work.
