Site Visit.
Understanding the Clients requirements and taking accurate measurements of the sites.
Calculate labor, material, and related project costs.
Prepare Bill of Materials or Quotations.
Train and guide vendors to meet project requirements.
Oversee the complete Project execution by being present on the site with the help of vendors.
Client Management and Vendor Management.
Project Completion and adhering to meet Project deadlines, quality, customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with clients to address project concerns.
Preparing 2D/3D designs whenever required.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate with experience in Interior Design or related field.
Experience in Interior site engineering and Residential and Commercial Interiors
Proficiency in 2D/3D design software.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements:
Interior Designing (3D&2D)
Should have experience in Site handling, Vendor Management and overall Project Completion in Residential and Commercial Interiors.
