Contractor Coordination
Manage and coordinate contractors to ensure adherence to project requirements.
Conduct regular meetings with contractors and stakeholders for planning and issue resolution.
Facilitate smooth communication and address on-site concerns effectively.
Material & Resource Management
Verify timely procurement by Contractor & Client, storage, and utilization of resources while minimizing wastage.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain accurate records.
Validate Material Test Reports (MTC) of all materials received at site.
Quality Control & Compliance
Conduct inspections and manage quality assurance through digiQC application.
Ensure adherence to quality control policies and address any deviations.
Raise instructions through digiQC application.
Drawing Review & Compliance
Review and ensure proper implementation of project documentation as per approved formats.
Identify and resolve discrepancies before further progress.
Coordinate with consultants for necessary technical clarifications.
Ensure that all works are carried out as per the latest updated GFC drawing.
Project Progress Monitoring
Develop and track project schedules and milestones.
Monitor project progress on a weekly basis.
Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
Provide updates to stakeholders as per reporting protocols.
Meetings & Reporting
Prepare a meeting agenda and circulate with the stakeholders.
Conduct regular meetings as per agenda and circulate minutes of meeting (MOM).
Prepare and submit detailed reports in approved formats, highlighting important aspects.
Technical Coordination
Identify and address technical challenges through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure smooth resolution of issues to facilitate uninterrupted progress.
Stakeholder Coordination
Maintain clear and structured communication with clients, consultants, and other involved parties.
Ensure execution aligns with project requirements and stakeholder expectations.
Inspection & Approval Process
Coordinate with relevant authorities for necessary approvals.
Ensure non-compliance issues are addressed promptly.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain proper documentation as per approved standards and protocols.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and address any discrepancies.
Risk Management & Safety Compliance
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
Site Organization & Cleanliness
Implement effective housekeeping and waste management practices.
Maintain an organized and compliant site environment.
Handover & Finalization
Oversee the finalization process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Address pending concerns before final handover.
Requirements and skills
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project engineering or construction-related roles.
Basic understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and project management principles.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office Suite (preferred).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of safety regulations and local building codes (preferred but can be learned on the job).
