Job Description

:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BMS & ELV Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will oversee the planning, design, and successful execution of BMS & ELV packages in commercial and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Design

:

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines.

Team Coordination

:

Lead project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring efficient project execution.

Installation and Implementation

:

Manage the installation and commissioning of ELV components and equipment. Ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards. Manage the sub-contractors effectively.

Stores Management

:

Raise material requests well in advance. Handle local purchases. Ensure site store functions properly. Keep record of materials issued & returned. Ensure safe custody of materials in store and prevent losses & theft.

Client Engagement

:

Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address concerns. Attend project meetings & update project progress & plans. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance

:

Ensure that ELV systems meet performance and reliability standards. Perform system testing and adjustments as needed. Make sure safety guidelines are followed by the team.

Documentation

:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders. Prepare comprehensive project reports for clients and management.

Training and Support

:

Conduct training sessions for facility operators and maintenance teams on ELV operation and maintenance. Provide ongoing support to clients post-project completion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a BMS & ELV Project Engineer or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of various ELV systems. Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to lead project teams and work collaboratively with clients. Relevant certifications is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
