• Perform a full lifecycle project execution plan up to the commissioning and handover of the units.
• Coordinate for systems design and its components that meet needs and requirements of the project
• Conduct constant check on the delivery timelines for factory, contractors etc., for successful completion of the project
• Test and evaluate theoretical designs
• Have understanding of sequence of operation of the product and its application to ensure that the product is being installation and programmed in line with the requirement of the project
• Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems
• Evaluate final product\xe2\x80\x99s overall performance, reliability and safety
• Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions
• Prepare product reports and documentation
• Ensure monthly and timely billing for the deliverables
• Manage project budget, including risk allowance.
• Monitor and control changes / variations following necessary approvals.
• Ensure the site delivery team receives the necessary stakeholder decisions timely.
• Ensure collaborative problem solving with the site delivery team, through regular dialogue with contractors, team working and risk-sharing.
• Ensure formal reporting on project progress for the Client and Company.
• Maintain up-to-date project skite sheets and resumes for the project team for use by the Company.

• Requirements:

• BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven working experience in mechanical engineering and Airconditioning product installation experience int eh chilled water system, preferably for Air Handling Units / Air Conditioning Product
• Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)
• Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (Matlab, Excel, LabView etc)
• Understanding of control logics and programing the control system in line with the sequence of operation of the project.
• Basic understanding of electrical / control panel installation, power and control cabling / wiring.
• Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science etc.
• Creativity and analytical skills
• Understating of basics of Electrical and Electronics and ability to read PID
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
• Technical writing skills
