Why this role exists

This role exists to support the creation of high-quality architectural models and prefabrication-ready deliverables for exterior facades. By translating design intent into accurate Revit models, technical details, and shop drawings, this role helps project teams plan and execute construction with greater confidence, efficiency, and predictability. It ensures that every design element is buildable and ready for the field.

What will you own

Create architectural models of exterior facades and pursuit models for the assigned scope of work. Support the development of technical details for prefabrication of various exterior systems. Develop accurate shop drawings for prefabricated components. Ensure models and drawings are complete, detailed, and aligned with project requirements. Collaborate with team members to resolve design or constructability issues. Contribute to process improvements and maintain organized project documentation.

A day in this role

Your day begins with reviewing design inputs, drawings, and project requirements. You work on modeling exterior facades and creating pursuit models in Revit, while developing prefabrication details and shop drawings. You coordinate with team members to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Attention to detail is key as you check models and drawings for completeness and accuracy. You may also update documentation, contribute to workflow improvements, and prepare work samples for internal review or client presentations.

What you should bring

Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-1 year of experience; previous project or freelance work is a plus. Familiarity with architectural modeling and documentation using Revit. Understanding of Revit families and parameters is an advantage. Attention to detail to produce high-quality deliverables. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team. Portfolio showcasing Revit work samples is required.

What will make your application stand out

Experience with exterior facade modeling and prefabrication workflows. Practical exposure to shop drawing development. Ability to handle Revit families and parameter-based modeling. Previous internship, project, or freelance work demonstrating Revit modeling skills. Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and improve workflows.
