We are currently looking for a Project Engineer with MEP experience, someone who has experience in managing MEP works in new and existing projects.

Main Task and Responsibilities:

? Supervise and manage all MEP related activities for new and existing projects
? Review project design drawings, technical specifications, and ensure quality execution on site.
? Monitor progress, cost, and resource deployment; report deviations or delays.
? Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site teams for smooth MEP execution.
? Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local codes, and construction standards.
? Coordinate and integrate MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting) with civil and
architectural works.
? Review MEP shop drawings and ensure proper routing and installation without clashes.
? Conduct site inspections to ensure proper MEP implementation according to design.
? Liaise with MEP subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for timely delivery of services.
? Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Person Specification:

Essential Experience / Qualifications Required
? Minimum 4-5 years' exp in MEP works

Skills and Personal Qualities

? Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 4 years in
construction projects.
? In-depth knowledge of MEP works
? Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact
effectively with diverse stakeholders.
