Reporting To:

Project Manager / Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Type:

Full-Time / Contract-Based

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute

transformer installation

as per project design and safety standards. Manage and oversee

wire erection and cable laying

(HT & LT) at the site. Coordinate and perform

cable termination and jointing

work as per standards. Ensure correct and safe

installation of electrical panels

, switchgear, and distribution boards. Read and interpret

electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and layout plans

. Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams for smooth execution of MEP interfaces. Ensure compliance with

safety protocols and quality standards

during execution. Prepare and maintain

daily progress reports

, material consumption records, and installation checklists. Communicate with vendors, contractors, and the procurement team for material and equipment availability. Participate in

testing and commissioning

of electrical systems post-installation.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

2-5 years of site execution experience in industrial/commercial projects

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of transformer types, ratings, and installation methods Proficiency in electrical wiring, cable routing, and termination Experience in panel assembly and installation Understanding of safety standards (e.g., IS, IEC, NEC codes)

Tools/Software:

MS Office, AutoCAD (basic level), project documentation tools

Preferred Qualities:

Ability to work independently and manage teams of technicians/laborers Strong problem-solving and site coordination skills Willingness to travel and stay at project locations as needed Good communication and documentation abilities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
