Prepare and maintain project-related documents such as proposals, agreements, approvals, and completion reports.
Coordinate with sales, engineering, and site teams to collect required project documents.
Handle documentation for government approvals, subsidies, net metering, and utility submissions.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all project documents.
Maintain digital and physical records of project files.
Track document status and follow up with concerned departments.
Assist in audit and compliance-related documentation.
Update project documentation status in internal systems or trackers.
