Project Documentation & Data Compilation

(Semi-Technical Manpower)

Scope of Work

The work package for

Project Documentation and Data Compilation

shall include, but not be limited to, the following activities:

Preparation and maintenance of

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation

in accordance with

IEEE standards

(IEEE 12207, IEEE 830, IEEE 1016, etc.). Documentation and data compilation using

MS Office tools

including

MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, and MS Project

. Documents may include text (in

English and Hindi

), tables, graphs, graphics, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, bar charts, activity charts, and

PERT charts

.

Printing, scanning, and digitization

of project documents.

Version control and document management

, including maintenance of logs for issue and receipt of documents across individuals and sections within

DEAL

. Maintenance of

inventory records

for hardware, software, and resources assigned to the team. Execution of

other related and allied duties

as assigned by the Project Team.

Educational Qualification

Graduate / Diploma

in

Engineering, Science, Computer Applications, or Management

or equivalent.

Experience & Skill Requirements

Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in

technical documentation and data compilation

. Working knowledge of

IEEE documentation standards

is desirable. Proficiency in

MS Office suite

and document management practices. Good written communication skills in

English and Hindi

. Familiarity with

version control, record keeping, and inventory management

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,773.23 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
