We are actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Director (Saudi Arabia) to join our esteemed client's team. This leadership role involves the strategic oversight and management of large-scale projects within the region, ensuring excellence in delivery and alignment with the company's goals. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for providing direction and support to project teams, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and fostering relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage comprehensive project planning and execution processes, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.
• Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling, ensuring projects are delivered on scope and within financial parameters.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Implement project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
• Foster an innovative and results-driven project culture among team members.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management.
• Mentor and develop project managers and teams, ensuring capacity building and high performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects successfully and effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices, particularly in Saudi Arabian regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
