• Designation: Project Director - (National Importance Projects)
• Minimum Experience: 10+ years
• Work Location: Ahmedabad (Candidates from Mumbai and Ahmedabad can be considered. In case of travel or stay, expenses will be reimbursed.)
• Age: 45-50 years
• Salary: Up to ₹60 LPA, depending on experience
• Qualification: B.E. (Civil), MBA, B.Arch, M.Arch, Ph.D., etc.

We are seeking a highly experienced professional (for India's Largest Architecture firm) to lead and manage complex government projects of national significance.
The role requires exceptional ability to represent the architectural firm before top authorities, including ministries and senior government bodies.
The candidate must possess strong expertise in contractual matters, deep understanding of government agency processes, and proven ability to coordinate between client, site teams, the architect's office, and multiple consultants. A thorough grasp of construction processes--civil, MEP, facade, interiors, specialized works, and landscaping--is essential.
The position demands equal presence between Ahmedabad city and surrounding project sites (50/50). The candidate should be able to calmly and effectively manage site activities, liaise with the PMC, and present to senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and communication.
This is a leadership role requiring maturity, composure, and technical depth to deliver projects of the highest national importance.
