Key Responsibilities:

Overall Project Oversight:

Manages the entire pre-cast erection lifecycle, from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with project vision and stakeholder needs.

Coordination & Communication

Acts as the main liaison between the pre-cast factory, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, resolving issues and facilitating information flow.

Site Management

Directs subcontractors and crews, monitors progress against schedules, and manages site logistics.

Safety & Quality

Implements and enforces stringent HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) protocols, ensuring compliance with standards and quality checks on all installations.

Technical Guidance

Provides expertise on lifting, rigging, equipment (cranes), and connection details (bolting, grouting), troubleshooting technical challenges.

Planning & Execution

Oversees the development and execution of detailed erection sequences, including crane selection, placement, and load checks.

Technical Expertise:

Deep understanding of pre-cast elements, connection systems, erection sequences, and structural requirements.

Equipment Mastery:

Knowledge of heavy lifting equipment, particularly large cranes (tower, crawler).

Leadership:

Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Logistics:

Excellent coordination of material delivery and site movement.

Qualifications

20+ years of overall experience with focus on Pre-cast concrete construction Significant overseas experience (ideally Middle east) Should have considerable on site erection experience with element size upto 20 Ton and building spans of 10+ metres
