Job Description
:
Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential project (40+ storeys).
Plan, schedule, budget and control overall project activities.
Ensure timely completion within approved cost, quality, and safety standards.
Monitor construction progress and resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, PMC, contractors, and statutory authorities.
Oversee safety, quality control, and compliance with site regulations.
Review BOQs, drawings, contracts, and technical specifications.
Manage and guide Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams.
Conduct regular progress reviews and report to management.
Ensure adherence to RERA, environmental and local authority norms.
