Job Description

- Developing project baselines;

monitoring and controlling projects

with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance for ensuring satisfactory execution of projects

Designing & implementing stringent systems

and quality plans/manuals for ensuring high quality standards during all the stages of various projects

Inspecting designs, drawings, specifications & modifications

required to suit the prevailing site conditions, checking survey works with modern equipment

- Finalizing the design,

their feasibility & serviceability to the end users

, and ensuring Quality & safety formats/Checklists for projects

- Supervising the process from the

conceptual development stage

, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget; ensuring suitable deployment and timely availability of

manpower (designers, engineers & drafting)

Reviewing the contracts

, legal aspects of contracts, dispute resolution, extra claims, budget and cost control

- Organizing

project review meetings

for evaluating the project progress & de-bottleneck

Verifying and proof-checking designs

and drawings and also getting approval of design calculation

Ensuring that Design Team

is following various design codes required by the consultant/client

- Extending support for

development of project schedules

, master schedules, resource schedules, execution methodologies, budgets and cash flow projections; preparing, scheduling & tracking Bar Chart

Tracking inventory levels

in the stores for all items required at site and generating purchase indents as and when inventory levels reach re-order levels

- Providing

technical inputs

on methodologies of construction; monitoring daily construction activities; estimating quantity of items involved

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per month
