As part of our continued growth, Sedgman is partnering with Leighton India on an exciting project. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-profile international project that combines Sedgman's engineering expertise with Leighton's execution capability.


To support this project, we're looking for a

Project Director

to join the team in India.


As the Project Director, you will be responsible for:


Leading and directing project delivery across Sedgman and Leighton scopes of work. Driving EPC execution strategies to meet client objectives, ensuring alignment with HSE standards, quality, and commercial outcomes. Managing stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes across both organizations. Overseeing safety, schedule, cost, and quality performance for the entire project.

You are an experienced Project Director with the following qualifications and background:


Extensive Project Director-level experience in large-scale resources projects (EPC or EPCM). Demonstrated success delivering mineral processing projects Internationally. Extensive experience in managing engineering, procurement and construction disciplines Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
