Designation: Project / Development Engineer- Vadodara ( R & D)

Role Overview-

Responsible for supporting new product development and improving existing safety products, from design to testing and implementation, in line with Indian and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

? Support new product development (concept to launch)

? Design, prototype, test, and improve safety products

? Prepare drawings, BOMs, and technical documents

? Ensure compliance with BIS, EN, ANSI, NFPA standards

? Coordinate with production, QA, vendors, and marketing

? Maintain project documentation and reports

Qualifications & Skills

? BE/BTech/ME/MTech - Mechanical / Polymer / Production / Industrial

? 0-3 years experience in PPE / plastic molding / product development

? Knowledge of CAD tools (SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Creo)

? Understanding of polymers and manufacturing processes

? Good coordination and documentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
