lead the end-to-end delivery of penetration testing and cybersecurity projects. You will play a key role in managing client expectations, ensuring project quality, and driving seamless execution from planning to delivery. This role requires strategic oversight, technical understanding, and a strong focus on timely, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:



Project Delivery Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of cybersecurity and penetration testing projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout projectexecution. Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and timelines; create detailed delivery plans and monitor execution closely. Resource Allocation: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assign resources efficiently and meet delivery goals. Risk & Issue Management: Identify delivery risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges proactively. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet internal standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations. Performance Reporting: Track delivery KPIs and prepare progress reports for management and clients. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine delivery processes for efficiency and quality enhancement.

Required Skills:



3-5 years of proven experience in delivery or project management Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Deep understanding of cybersecurity, penetration testing, or IT project environments Ability to work independently and drive multiple projects simultaneously
