Key Responsibilities:
Lead the complete project delivery lifecycle from pre-bid to handover Manage client relationships and serve as the single point of accountability Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors across project phases Mitigate risks and handle change control and scope variations Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and documentation protocols Track project progress through reports, dashboards, and reviews Supervise scopes related to cleanrooms, utilities, process equipment, and validation Support strategic goals and process improvements through innovation and SOPs Mentor and guide project managers and junior staff
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, team coordination, and client handling skills Proficiency in MS Office, project planning tools, and earned value management Experience managing multiple large, concurrent pharma/life sciences projects Excellent communication, risk management, and decision-making abilities High ethical standards, collaborative mindset, and commitment to safety
