Lead the regional development and management of a team, with close collaboration with regional and global leadership. Leads client meetings and helps manage client expectations. Team lead supports the business development and execution team to maintain client relationships and support proposal development. Manage large and/or multiple global projects simultaneously and ensure quality work product, client satisfaction and ongoing staff development. Draft proposals, scope of work and other contracting documents.
Responsibilities:

Creates and manages all aspects of project works streams
Leads primary research with global payers, key opinion leaders, physicians, and patients
Synthesizes insight and recommendations from primary and secondary research
Develops relevant pricing and market access strategy, ensures project direction and manages project plan to fully meet all client deliverables
Develops and maintains client relationships
Leads client meetings and helps manage client expectations
Responsible for ensuring the work product contains data that is accurate and correctly cited in addition to ensuring the quality of work performed by the team
Develops expertise in specific areas and demonstrates such expertise by leading development of products, pitches, IP, etc.
Strong leader of the local office
Will lead certain areas of practice development (e.g. marketing, recruiting, mentoring
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree, with a record of academic excellence
Strong MS Office literacy e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Ability and flexibility to travel
6+ years of consulting or related business analytics/strategy experience within the healthcare space (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostics industry)
Preferred Education & Experience (optional):
A Bachelor's degree in Science, Economics, Business or a related field is preferred; a Master's or PhD degree in Science, Economics, Business or a related field is an advantage
Knowledge of US pricing & market access, developed via experience in healthcare consulting or within the pharmaceutical industry
A strong track record in managing successful healthcare consulting projects, including excellent project and team management skills (e.g. mentoring junior staff members)
Track record of extra-curricular achievement that shows initiative and drive
