Role Overview:

As the Delivery Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Data Science, Analytics and IT projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements, timelines, and quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead project execution, client interactions, and ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes. You will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with clients and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that align with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring successful and timely completion within scope, budget, and quality standards. Manage and mentor project managers and teams, providing guidance and support in project execution and delivery. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, utilizing industry best practices and methodologies. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure successful delivery. Ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations and address any challenges or roadblocks that arise during project execution. Regularly monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with project timelines and deliverables. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients. Foster a strong team environment and build relationships across various internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Around 6-8 years of experience in project deliveries within the Data Science, Analytics and IT sector. Strong experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning to execution and delivery. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor cross-functional teams. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and effectively communicate project updates. A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Ability to navigate and solve complex project challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Experience with risk management, quality assurance, and resource planning. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus. Should have worked hands on in Python, Data Science, Analytics and software development.
