Job Title : Project Delivery Lead


Experience : 7-12 Years
Location : Pune
Responsibilities:
Lead delivery of small-scale initiatives and support larger project workstreams. Contribute to project planning, prioritization, and benefit tracking. Coordinate with global stakeholders, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers. Provide guidance to peers or teams and act as backup to the Project Manager when needed. Support root cause analysis and ensure timely project delivery.



Requirements:
Bachelor//'s degree in business, supply chain, or related field. Project or operations experience, preferably in a global environment. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Working knowledge of Agile methodologies. Experience in business process analysis and financial tracking. Exposure to change management and project documentation is a plus. * PMP certification added advantage
