Role Overview:

This is a

hybrid role

blending

Product Management, Business Analysis, and Delivery Ownership

.

Exp required: 4-8 Years

You will be the

bridge between vision and execution

-- ensuring products are well-researched, requirements are clear, and development teams deliver on time.You'll leverage

AI-powered tools

(ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, Notion AI, etc.) to speed up research, requirement drafting, competitor analysis, wireframing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Product Clarity & Market Research

Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and identify customer pain points (AI-assisted). Draft

PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes

. Create wireframes and sketches (using Figma, Miro, or AI-driven tools). Align the

product roadmap

with market validation and business goals.

Requirement ? Development Flow

Translate product ideas into

clear, actionable developer tasks

. Maintain a transparent

backlog & feature prioritization

. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to all stakeholders.

Delivery & Execution

Drive

sprint planning, progress tracking, and timely delivery

. Identify risks early, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain a

fast-paced delivery culture

without compromising quality.

AI-First Productivity

Use AI to

accelerate requirement drafting, competitive research, UX flows, documentation, and test cases

. Delegate and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity.

What We're Looking For

Self-driven and proactive

4-8 years of experience

in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Delivery/Project Management. Prior experience with

SaaS, low-code platforms, app builders, workflow automation, or business OS products

(preferred). Strong skills in drafting

clear requirements, prioritizing tasks, and enforcing deadlines

. Hands-on experience with tools like

Jira/ClickUp, Figma, Notion, GitHub

. Comfortable using

AI tools for productivity and workflow optimization

.
Excellent communication skills to

simplify complex ideas

for both business and tech teams.
