We are looking for a

Project Data Coordinator

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in keeping information updated and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

Update project details on the company portal with the latest and most accurate information. Maintain structured digital folders/drives for project-related documents. Upload new projects, ensuring consistency across all data and records. Monitor reliable sources for project updates and share relevant information with the team. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth access to project-related files and resources.

Requirements:

6-12 months of prior experience in a similar role involving

information management, online platforms, or administrative coordination

. Good communication skills in English (written and verbal). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Familiarity with online research and cloud storage platforms (Google Drive, OneDrive, or similar) is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹161,221.08 - ₹335,434.19 per year
