Chartered Accountant (CA) or Postgraduate in Commerce / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience in the Infrastructure sector
Worked on at least 2 projects related to financial analysis of Urban sector projects, land monetization, or real estate projects
Experience in design and contract management of performance-based urban service delivery contracts and PPP (Public-Private Partnership) projects
Key Responsibilities:
Establish systems and procedures for effective financial management of the project
Assist PDMC in handling all financial and accounting matters related to the project
Prepare bid documents for PPP mode service delivery contracts in coordination with subject experts
Assist in selecting concessionaires as per bid documents for PPP projects
Evaluate financial bids for compliance, cost competitiveness, and overall value for money
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess project viability, demand, and expected returns
Oversee tendering and contract management processes to ensure transparency, compliance, and timely project execution
Estimate and assess the market value of properties owned by the Ujjain Development Authority to support fair pricing, sale, and disposal decisions
