About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Project Coordinator

with 3+ years of hands-on experience in coordinating software development projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with Mobile, Web, Backend, UI/UX, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and seamless communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and track project activities, timelines, and deliverables across teams. Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress. Act as a communication bridge between clients, developers, designers, and QA teams. Manage requirement discussions, sprint planning, demos, and review meetings. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly project status reports, documentation, and MOMs. Ensure consistent follow-ups with team members to resolve blockers and keep tasks on schedule. Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for

mobile applications and web applications

. Conduct basic quality checks before delivery to ensure projects meet expected standards. Track resource allocation and ensure smooth workflow across cross-functional teams. Maintain project documentation including requirement specs, change logs, and delivery trackers.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in an IT/software development environment. Strong understanding of

SDLC

and

Agile/Scrum methodologies

. Experience working on

Mobile Application Projects (Flutter / React Native)

and

Web Application Projects (React / Next.js)

. Excellent communication skills (client-facing and internal coordination). Strong documentation skills using Google Docs, Sheets, and project templates. Experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines. Basic understanding of UI/UX, API flows, and QA processes is an advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
