Job Summary

We are looking for a

Technical Project Coordinator

with strong exposure to

React.js and Laravel projects

to support planning, execution, and delivery of web-based applications. The role requires technical understanding, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with developers, QA teams, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end delivery of

React frontend and Laravel backend projects

Break project scope into tasks, sprints, and milestones Assign and track tasks for frontend, backend, and QA teams Coordinate API integrations and frontend-backend workflows Monitor project timelines, progress, risks, and dependencies Communicate project status, issues, and updates to stakeholders Liaise with clients to clarify requirements, scope, and deliverables Support deployment activities across

Dev / QA / UAT / Production

Coordinate functional testing, UAT, and issue resolution Maintain project documentation, schedules, reports, and meeting notes Use project management tools (ClickUp etc.) to track work and effort

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a

Project Coordinator / Technical Coordinator

in an IT company Hands-on experience managing

React.js and Laravel projects

Good understanding of: React components, hooks, and UI workflows Laravel MVC architecture, APIs, and database interactions REST APIs and JSON data exchange Experience with

Git version control

Familiarity with

Agile / Scrum

methodologies Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks Client-facing experience and team coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

ERP, SaaS, CAFM, or enterprise web applications

Knowledge of MySQL / PostgreSQL databases Experience coordinating large or multi-module projects Exposure to cloud or Linux-based deployments Experience working with distributed development teams
